Vdara is well located, but not much going on in the building itself. For a first time in Vegas, Venetian will expose you to much more excitement.

I love the Bellagio but Aria is nice too and is more modern whereas Bellagio is more classic Vegas. Aria also has good restaurants and is easy to navigate. For location, Vdara is nice in that it is center strip with easy access to Aria, Crystals, Cosmo, and Bellagio. However, the Sands properties have a GREAT assortment of dining and shopping on site. All in all, if they were the same price I'd lean Palazzo. If you're getting a better deal at Vdara I wouldn't hesitate to stay there either.

I haven't stayed at Vdara, and most likely won't as that is not the type of Las Vegas experience we are looking for.
